When new properties are added to Property Me, PCNZ detects them and enrols them into your smoke alarm compliance program, no manual data entry required.

Our system monitors lease anniversaries and inspection windows. When it’s time for a compliance check, we create and manage the job automatically based on your existing Property Me workflows.

Once the job is complete, inspection outcomes, photos, device details, and compliance certificates are uploaded to the PCNZ Portal and can sync with your Property Me system for easy access.
