1. Promoter

 This promotion is conducted by Property Compliance New Zealand Pty Ltd (PCNZ) NZBN 9429051614263, with its principal place of business at 39 Bishop Dunn Place, Botany, Auckland 2013, New Zealand (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to residents of New Zealand aged 18 years or over who have recently had their property serviced by PCNZ as part of a real estate agency’s compliance program. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of PCNZ are ineligible to enter.

3. Promotional Period

Entries open on the first day of each calendar month and close at 11:59pm NZDT on the final day of that month (“Promotional Period”). A new draw will be conducted for each month that the promotion is active.

4. How to Enter

To enter, eligible participants must:

1. Scan the QR code on the PCNZ “We Want Your Feedback” flyer left at their property following a PCNZ service visit
2. Complete the online feedback form, including a valid PCNZ service reference number, a star rating, and responses to the feedback questions

5. Prize Details

Each month, one eligible entrant will be randomly selected to receive a prize equal to one (1) week’s rent of their current residential property, based on the rental amount confirmed by their managing real estate agency. The prize will be paid directly by PCNZ to the managing real estate agency for credit against the winner’s rent account. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or any other benefit.

6. Winner Notification and Announcement

The monthly winner will be notified via their managing real estate agency within seven (7) business days of the draw. Winners may also be announced on PCNZ’s official Facebook page and/or Facebook Stories during the week of the draw.

7. Verification and Privacy

Entrants may be required to verify eligibility by providing proof of tenancy or identity. By entering, participants consent to PCNZ collecting, storing, and using their personal information for the purposes of administering the promotion and verifying eligibility, in accordance with PCNZ’s Privacy Policy available at. PCNZ will not share entrant information with third parties except as required for prize verification and fulfilment.

8. General Conditions

PCNZ reserves the right to:

• Verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;
• Substitute the prize or modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice; and
• Disqualify any entry suspected of being fraudulent, incomplete, or otherwise invalid.

To the extent permitted by law, PCNZ and its associated agencies accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from participation in this promotion or from acceptance or use of the prize.

9. Acceptance of Terms

Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
