PCNZ connects with your live Tenancy portfolio to detect new, removed, or changed properties. Everything remains in sync, no manual entry required.

When a compliance check is due (based on tenancy changes, lease anniversaries, or inspection cycles), PCNZ automatically creates a service job and notifies the relevant parties.

After every job, we generate a full compliance record, including photos, notes, and a digital certificate. These are uploaded to the PCNZ Portal and linked to your property record.
